What Can I Expect During A Session?
In a 1:1 session, we’ll explore your spiritual path—what you’re currently navigating, the practices you’re using, and what’s unfolding internally. Sessions are personalized to meet you where you are. Catherine draws from her spiritual tools and lived experience to offer insight, clarity, and support tailored to your journey.
Is Spiritual Coaching Considered as Giving Advice or as Counseling?
Spiritual coaching is not giving advice and it is not counseling. Feedback, mentoring, suggestions and recommendations are given based on years of education and personal experience working with clients. You remain the expert on your life—Catherine’s role is to walk beside you.
How Does Online Spiritual Coaching Work? Is There Any Special Equipment I Need?
All you need is your phone, tablet, or computer — and of course, yourself. Sessions take place via Zoom, which is free and easy to use on desktop or mobile.
Once you book your session, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam, promotions, or junk folder. We also recommend adding Catherine’s email to your contacts to ensure delivery.
On the day of your session, simply click the Zoom link in your email to join. You’re welcome to download the Zoom app in advance, which works on desktop and mobile.
What if I am Unsure if Spiritual Coaching is for Me or I Have Questions?
If you’re unsure or have questions, you’re welcome to book a 15-minute introductory session. It’s a chance to feel out the energy, ask what you need, and see whether this style of support aligns with you.
How Many Sessions do I Need? Do You Offer Coaching Packages?
Unlike coaching programs that follow a rigid path, spiritual coaching with Catherine is tailored to support your personal journey — wherever you are.
You’re welcome to book week by week, or plan up to four sessions in advance. Most clients work with Catherine for 3–6 months, with check-ins as needed for continued insight and support.
If you're navigating a specific challenge, 4–8 sessions may be ideal to gain clarity, integrate guidance, and receive the depth of mentorship you need.
Will the Session be Recorded?
No. To honor confidentiality and create a safe, open space, sessions are not recorded.
Who is This Service Not For?
This service is not suitable for individuals in crisis, or those navigating serious mental health conditions such as major depression, addiction, or personality disorders. Please seek care from a licensed professional who can offer the depth of support you need.
About Catherine

Is Catherine Considered a Mystic?
A mystic can mean 1- one who has attained i.e., one who has experienced enlightenment or 2- one who has had profound mystical experiences yet has not yet awakened to their true reality. Catherine is of the second type, having had many mystical experiences since she was young. As with other spiritual teachers, she leads, guides and teaches according to experience. “Truth cannot be taught; it can only be got or caught.”
How Long Has Catherine Been in The Field of Psychology And Mental health? How Long Has She Been a Coach?
Catherine brings over 20 years of experience in psychology, mental health, and deep transformational work. Her path began with formal study at age 18, where she immersed herself in understanding the mind, human behavior, and systems of healing.
Beyond academic credentials, Catherine has worked in therapeutic roles supporting individuals through life transitions, emotional challenges, and the subtle layers of inner growth. Her experience spans direct care, counseling, and group facilitation — always grounded in compassion and clarity.
Today, she blends this professional foundation with mystical wisdom, guiding others on the spiritual path with purpose and inner soul direction. Her work is informed not only by training, but by decades of lived experience walking the path herself.
Has Catherine Worked With People 1:1 Over an Extended Period of Time?
Yes. Catherine has worked with individuals in both short-term and ongoing capacities, including long-term spiritual support spanning multiple years.

What Payment Methods are Accepted?
We use Stripe to process all payments securely. Stripe is an industry-trusted, encrypted payment platform. Stripe is free to use and accepts all major debit and credit cards. Your financial details are never stored on our site or shared with us.

What is Your Refund Policy?
For our Refund Policy: To honor your time and ours, we do not offer refunds for any services — including individual appointments, group sessions, or no-shows. Each session is prepared with care and held in sacred space, even if you’re unable to attend.
What if I Have a Technical Issue or There’s a Tech Issue on Catherine’s End?
If there is a technical issue on either side (e.g., power outage, internet disconnection, server issue), your session will be rescheduled. Instructions for rebooking will be sent via email.
What if I am Late For a Session? What if I Miss a Session?
For our Late Policy: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session is considered a no-show. Unfortunately, no refunds or rescheduling are offered, as the time has been reserved exclusively for you.
What is Your 24-hour Cancellation Policy?
For out 24-hour Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time are not eligible for refund or rescheduling. This allows us to honor the time and energy dedicated to your session and opens space for others.
How do I Cancel an Appointment?
You can cancel directly from your confirmation email by clicking the cancellation link in the footer. We encourage timely cancellation to make space for others who may need the session.
Will I Receive Notifications to Remind Me of an Upcoming Appointment?
Yes, we will send you email reminders to remind you of your appointment. You will :
Receive 1 email to confirm that your appointment has been booked
Receive 1 email reminder 4 days before your appointment
Receive 1 email reminder 2 days before your appointment
Privacy & Misc
Sacred space begins with trust. Your personal journey is honored, protected, and confidential.
Is my Information Kept Confidential?
Yes. All information shared over Zoom is protected with end-to-end encryption. Zoom does not monitor meetings and is HIPAA-compliant. It adheres to all relevant privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA. You can read more about Zoom’s policy here.
For email communication, we use Proton, an encrypted and secure platform that ensures the privacy and confidentiality of all parties involved. You can read more about Proton’s policy here.
Do You Offer Psychic Training or Medium or Clairvoyant Services? What About Akashic Records Reading, Tarot Cards, Reiki or Astrology Readings?
No, we do not offer psychic or mediumship services. While intuitive sensitivity and mystical experiences are often part of the spiritual path, our coaching focuses on grounded spiritual alignment.
We respect that some individuals have genuine intuitive gifts and that outside sources can sometimes be helpful; however, this is not the focus of our work. The intention is to guide you back to your true nature through clarity, meditation practices, and awareness of ego-based patterns. Our sessions are thus centered on inner connection, soul-trust, and practical spiritual guidance tailored to your journey.
How Does Group Coaching Work?
Group coaching is currently being offered online via Zoom to a minimum of 5 participants. Group coaching is an excellent way to learn from others, and receive and give support while on the spiritual journey. If you know of some friends who would like to receive such a service or are an organization that would be interested, please contact us as prices vary.
