Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our spiritual coaching services. By booking a coaching session or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. These terms govern the use of our coaching services, scheduling, payments, cancellations, and client responsibilities.
2. Scope of Services
Spiritual coaching is a guidance-based service aimed at self-awareness, mindfulness, and personal growth.
Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or professional psychological services.
Results vary, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Services are offered to adults who are 21 and over.
3. Booking and Payment Policy
All sessions must be booked in advance through Acuity Scheduling, our third-party scheduling platform.
Clients will receive appointment confirmations and reminders via Acuity Scheduling.
Free accounts for faster booking are completely optional and are managed by Acuity Scheduling, which is owned by Squarespace. These accounts are subject to Squarespace’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store your login credentials or account data on our website.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
Sessions are non-refundable, but rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice.
4. Policies
Confidentiality Policy: Information shared during sessions conducted via Zoom remains strictly confidential.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Clients must cancel their session at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations can be made through the booking scheduler, and a cancellation link is included in confirmation and reminder emails.
15-Minute Late Grace Period & No-Show Policy: Catherine will wait up to 15 minutes for the client to join the scheduled session. If the client does not show up within this timeframe, the session will be considered a no-show and no refund will be provided.
Communication Policy: All communication regarding appointments, cancellations, and reminders will be sent via email. Clients will receive a confirmation of payment email, reminder emails for upcoming appointments, and cancellation confirmation emails if they choose to cancel. Please add our email to your contacts to ensure messages are received.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for their personal decisions and actions based on coaching insights.
Clients must be open and willing to engage in the coaching process with honesty and self-awareness.
Any inappropriate behavior during sessions may result in immediate termination without a refund.
6. Confidentiality
All sessions are confidential and conducted via Zoom, which is HIPAA compliant to ensure privacy.
Email communication is secured through ProtonMail’s end-to-end encryption.
Confidentiality may be waived in cases of legal obligations (e.g., harm to self or others).
No recordings or sharing of session content without mutual consent.
7. Newsletter Subscription
If you subscribe to our newsletter, you agree to receive occasional emails about offers, resources, or updates.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us.
8. Limitation of Liability
A Mystic’s Vision is not liable for personal, emotional, financial, or life decisions made as a result of coaching.
We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medical, psychological, or legal advice.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the latest Terms.
